Refund Policy

Prices

Prices on our store are shown before tax. Depending on where you live, Tebex may add sales tax or VAT at checkout, and you'll see the full total before you pay. There are no other fees from us.

Memberships

Memberships renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through Tebex, and your perks continue until the end of the current billing period.

One-time extras

Because extras are delivered instantly, they can't be refunded once applied, except where the law requires otherwise.

Bans

A ban for breaking the rules doesn't entitle you to a refund. Active memberships can be canceled through Tebex.

Chargebacks

A chargeback filed without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended until it's resolved.
